Where the Duck partners with local spots to host ducks. Players see you on the map, walk in to tap your duck, and stick around for the coffee, the pastry, or whatever you do best.

Why host a duck
A duck turns your counter into a destination for people already out exploring.
Your duck only counts if someone shows up in person. Players come looking for you specifically.
Partner ducks are promo ducks: they show up green on the map and pay out more XP, so players go out of their way for them.
You show up in the app for everyone playing nearby — including locals who somehow have never been in.
We post your duck across our social channels when it lands, and players keep sharing their finds from your shop long after that.
How partnering works
No apps to install, no register to retrain, no staff training. Just a duck and a spot to keep it.
Send us a note about where you are and what you do. We'll figure out together whether a duck makes sense for you.
You get a duck to place somewhere findable, and we write the hint that points players your way.
Your duck goes live on the map as a promo duck — green, worth extra XP, and hard for nearby players to ignore.

Every partner duck is a promo duck. It stands out green on the map instead of the usual yellow, and it pays out more XP than a standard find — so when a player is deciding where to head next, your shop wins the toss.
Some partners offer finders a little something for showing their find at the counter — a discount for the first 50, a free size upgrade, a sticker for the kids. It turns a visit into a sale, and it gives players a reason to tell their friends where to go next. Entirely up to you, and we'll help you word it.
Who it works for
We look for spots that are easy to find, open regular hours, and fun to hang around in.
Somewhere else entirely? Tell us about it — the best hiding spots are usually the ones we'd never think of.
Tell us where you are and we'll take it from there — just a duck and the customers who come looking for it.
